Shortlisted for Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Award
We’re excited to announce that MARVL has been shortlisted for the Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Awards, in the VR/AR category. The Reimagine Education Awards – the ‘Oscars’ of Education – reward innovative approaches that enhance student learning outcomes and employability. This year’s Awards process saw over 1,100 applications submitted across the 16 categories, the submissions underwent five rounds of close expert scrutiny, and MARVL was chosen as one of the top 12% applicants.
The judging panel – made of over 300 independent experts from 45 countries – commends MARVL for harnessing the power of emerging technologies to improve teaching delivery and leverage quality learning for English Language Learners by providing evidence-based bilingual instruction and curriculum support in K12 Schools.
Previous winners include Precision OS, Carnegie Mellon University, among others. As a shortlisted candidate, we will showcase MARVL at the virtual Reimagine Education Conference in Dec. 6-10, 2021. The conference will bring together Reimaginers from over 90 countries to discuss and learn about these innovations and their relevance for the future of learning, the future of universities and the future of work.
